Classes and workshops are offered in the visual arts as well as ceramics, writing, theatre, filmmaking, languages, crafts, and music. Fees vary for each class and generally are discounted for members of the Berrien Artist Guild.

Two programs devoted to film are offered -- the First Friday Film Series featuring work by regional filmmakers or having a regional connection; and the Student Filmmakers Project for students interested in the filmmaking process as well as the study of film.
The Box Factory Theatre Co. produces a regular schedule of plays and radio dramas and offers classes and workshops as part of the ongoing class schedule.
All writers are welcome regardless of interest or level of experience. There are on-going writing groups as well as workshops, author talks and book signings. Our Book Nook features work by regional authors. Two chapbooks of our own writers' work are published each year.
